By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to comply with these T&Cs. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you must not use our services or place any orders.

Product Information and Availability

As a dropshipping business, we source products from third-party suppliers.

• Product Descriptions: We rely on the descriptions and specifications provided by our suppliers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or specifications are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
  
• Availability: Inventory and stock levels are constantly changing and are estimations only. If a product you ordered is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a credit for a future purchase.
  

Pricing, Payment, and Order Finality

Payment Requirement

All prices are listed in rupees and are subject to change. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

No Cash on Delivery (COD)

For security and fulfillment reasons, we do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option for any orders.

No Refund Policy Once Payment Is Done

Due to the automated nature of our dropshipping process, orders are submitted to our suppliers immediately upon successful payment. Therefore, all sales are final. Once payment has been successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, refusal of delivery, or cancellation requests.

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Estimates: Shipping and delivery times provided are estimates only. As products are shipped directly from our various international and domestic suppliers, delivery times can vary significantly.
  
• Delays: We are not liable for any delays in shipping, as these are often beyond our direct control (e.g., customs clearance, postal service issues, supplier delays).
  
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
  

Returns and Special Cases

No General Return Policy

We operate a strict No Return Policy. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing/compatibility choices made by the customer, or minor aesthetic preferences.

Special Case Returns Only

Returns will be considered only in special cases where a product is found to be demonstrably defective upon arrival or if the completely wrong item was shipped.

• Process: Any request for a special case return, exchange, or store credit must be submitted via email to armorybv@gmail.com within [7] days of the delivery date.
  
• Determination: The eligibility for a special case return is determined solely by Armory after reviewing photographic or video evidence provided by the customer.
  

Prohibited and Fraudulent Orders

User Responsibility

You warrant that all information you provide for placing an order, including payment details and shipping address, is accurate and belongs to you.

No Scam Orders

You explicitly agree not to place any scam, fraudulent, malicious, or unauthorized orders. We reserve the absolute right to cancel any order we deem suspicious or fraudulent without prior notice. Any such activity will be reported to payment providers and relevant law enforcement authorities.

Limitation of Liability
